How do I save a YouTube video with its transcript?

With the Marqly extension installed, every YouTube watch page gets a Marqly bookmark button in the action row — the same row as Like and Share. Why the transcript matters

A saved video without its transcript is just a title and a thumbnail — if you forget the title, it’s gone. With the transcript attached, the video becomes searchable text: semantic search can surface it from a phrase someone said on camera, months after you’ve forgotten what the video was called or who made it.

A watch-later list that actually resurfaces things

YouTube’s own Watch Later is a graveyard — a long, unsearchable queue sorted by when you added things. Videos saved to Marqly live in the same library as your articles and highlights, findable by describing what you remember about them. Because the transcript comes along with the save, your video library is content you can query. Chat with your saves (a Pro feature) answers questions grounded in your saved content — including what was said in the videos you bookmarked.
