What’s in the workspace

All Pro features, included.

Every seat carries the full Pro feature set — AI auto-tagging and summaries, semantic search, Ask, ChatVault, everything else Pro does — alongside the shared workspace.

One shared library.

A team workspace with shared boards and shared saves, separate from every member’s personal library. Everyone can save, organise, and search together.

Personal stays personal.

Joining a team never touches anyone’s bookmarks, boards, or personal plan. Pro members can join or start a team and keep everything they have.

A pooled AI allowance.

Each purchased seat adds 2× an individual Pro’s monthly AI allowance to one shared team pool. It resets monthly; unused credits don’t roll over.

Invites and an activity log.

Invite members by email — a pending invitation holds a seat for 7 days. Owners and Admins see an activity log of what the team saved and changed.

One bill, one Owner.

The Owner pays for the team; adding seats is prorated and charged immediately. Cancel any time — the workspace turns read-only, nothing is deleted.

How billing works

Seats are the unit.
You pay for purchased seats, including any you’re not using yet. Minimum 3 seats — a team starts at $27 per month.
Add seats anytime.
A new seat is prorated to the end of your period and charged immediately.
Remove at renewal.
Seat removals take effect at the next renewal; the period you’ve paid for is not refunded.
One bill, paid by the Owner.
No trial — Teams is billed the moment the Owner upgrades.
Cancel keeps everything.
The team works to the end of the paid period, then turns read-only. Nothing is deleted — resume or restart later with the same members and content.

FAQ

Questions teams ask
before paying.

Is there a free trial for Teams?
No. Marqly sells no trials — Teams is billed when the Owner upgrades. The personal free plan (no card, no time limit, up to 100 bookmarks) is the way to evaluate Marqly before paying for anything.
What does Teams cost?
$9 per seat per month or $72 per seat per year (about $6 per seat/month billed annually), USD, with a 3-seat minimum — so from $27/month or $216/year. The Owner pays one bill for the team.
Do members lose their personal library when they join?
No. The team workspace is separate from every member’s personal library, and personal plans (Free, Pro, Lifetime, app-store subscriptions) are unchanged by joining. You can switch between personal and team views in the web app.
Can a Pro user start or join a team?
Yes, either. Pro members can start a team or accept an invitation; their personal Pro features keep working alongside the team workspace.
What happens when we add or remove seats?
Adding a seat is prorated and charged immediately. Removing a seat takes effect at the next renewal — you keep paying for purchased seats through the period you’ve paid for, and removals are not refunded mid-term.
What happens if the team cancels?
The team keeps working until the end of the paid period, then turns read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can resume the subscription, or restart the team later with the same members and content.
Does Teams work in the mobile apps?
Teams is web-only today — members use it at app.marqly.com. The iOS and Android apps are for personal libraries.
How do invitations work?
The Owner or an Admin invites by email. Until the invite is accepted it holds one of your purchased seats for 7 days, after which it expires; revoking it releases the seat.
