The Benchmark Methodology

1. The 1,000-Item Test Library

Our test set represented an authentic, messy personal knowledge library collected over 6 months:

2. The 100 Partial-Memory Test Queries

We tested 100 realistic natural-language search queries representing how humans actually remember past content weeks or months after reading:

We measured:
